us. We will also work with you on the strategy.
For example, we had a manager who was planning meeting
and we had her agenda. We recommended that instead
of her talking for the first hour and telling people
things, we suggested she ask a question and get participation
in the first five minutes so participants owned the
meeting.
We worked with a manager who wanted
to let each person talk, but after reviewing the plan
saw that it would take to long to accomplish what was
wanted. We suggested she break the meeting into
small groups working simultaneously, and reporting back
This lead to greater participation from all and accomplished
