Professional mediator, Carole Fotino, offers mediation
services, preventative ombudsman services, and strategic
analysis of business structures and processes. As both
mediator and ombudsman, Ms. Fotino believes the key
to success is to address and mitigate latent conflict.
Her mediation style is geared, in particular, to protect
corporate investment, and as an ombudsman, she works
both internally to the organization and externally with
communities, governments, clients and other stakeholders.
In doing strategic analysis, Ms. Fotino assesses business
structures and processes from multiple angles, seeking
ways to decrease the potential conflict of resources
while at the same time, increase efficiency for the
firm.
Ms. Fotino has done graduate work in conflict, business,
and international business at the University of Denver
and the Colorado School of Mines.
