Teams on Target offers a variety of courses, workshops, and resources on Change Management. Following is a partial list of our services.

Available Courses:

  1. High Performance Teams:
    Wouldn't it be nice if everyone would focus on their weaknesses and clear them up? We could have a perfect team. NO! If you want a perfect team, focus on each person's strength and ask each person to do what he or she does well.

    These four half-day sessions will take your team to a new level.



  2. On-Site Coaching for Team Leaders
    Some would call it team leadership. We call it facilitation - working with people to bring out the best, something that was always there, just waiting for great things to happen.

    This participative workshop scheduled five half-day sessions.  Meet with master facilitators who will demonstrate the step-by-step process to advance team or group meetings to results with decisions while engaging participants to insure buy-in.   In each session you will gain specific tools you can apply immediately back on the job that day when you meet with your team. Schedule your team training either from 8 to 11:30 or from 1:30 to 5:00, depending on their demanding schedules.

  3. Facilitation Skills
